We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Hasn’t been washed, worn or altered
- Is accompanied by the original invoice
- Is returned according to the schedule below
Please note Sullivan’s is unable to subsidize the costs of returning orders unless items are faulty. Please note, when granted a refund or exchange you are still liable for the shipping costs.
CUSTOMER RETURNS RESPONSIBILITY
Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of all items until we are in safe receipt. We recommend that you use an insured returns service for your protection. International orders must be clearly marked ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ as we are not liable for customs and duties back into the UK. In circumstances where the parcel is not marked as ‘RETURN TO SENDER’, we will contact you to advise you of the customs and duties amount and request it be deducted from your account or refund.
TIMING FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Returns should be made within 10 business days from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice.
ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
After we have correctly received your goods, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the payment method used to place your original order within 10-15 business days.
